Greg A. Ehret has been Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of PineBridge Investments since January 2016. PineBridge is a global asset manager that focuses on active, high-conviction investing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an experienced executive with over 25 years in the industry,\nGreg has a well-established track record of growing a global business across\nboth developed and emerging markets. Prior to joining PineBridge, Greg was\nPresident of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), the investment management arm\nof State Street Corporation. A 20-year veteran of SSGA, Greg served as Global\nChief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2015. He previously served as Head of\nEurope, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), having moved to London in 2007 to\nassume the role of Head of Sales and Distribution in EMEA. He has held a\nnumber of other executive positions in operations, sales, and product\ndevelopment, including serving as head of SSGA\u2019s SPDR ETF business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a student at Bates, Greg played on the lacrosse and rugby teams\nand spent a semester studying in England. He majored in economics. He earned an\nM.B.A. from Boston University in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greg and his wife, Barbara, live in Boston, Mass., and have two sons, Paul and Cole \u201923.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
