Utzschneider is the Chief Executive Officer of Integral Ad Science and a member of the company\u2019s board of directors. Lisa joined IAS as CEO in January 2019, bringing more than 20 years of digital advertising expertise and tech-industry leadership experience to the role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining IAS, Lisa was Chief Revenue Officer at Yahoo where she oversaw the company&#8217;s global sales organization and provided solutions for advertisers worldwide. Lisa served as CRO until the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in June 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, Lisa was Amazon\u2019s Vice President of Global Advertising Sales, where she developed the company&#8217;s global advertising business through product, marketing, sales, and operations strategies, driving consistent revenue growth. Prior to Amazon, Lisa spent 10 years at Microsoft culminating in her role as General Manager of the national sales and service teams where she focused on driving revenue for the company&#8217;s top online advertising accounts. She also developed the U.S. advertising go-to-market strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisa serves as a board member for the Ad Council, Bates College, and Greenwich Academy. Notable honors include: She Runs It &#8220;Woman of the Year 2020,&#8221; the Adweek 50, Business Insider\u2019s \u201cMost Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising,\u201d New York Business Journal\u2019s \u201cWomen of Influence,\u201d and Working Mother\u2019s \u201c50 Most Powerful Moms.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisa holds a bachelor\u2019s degree from Bates College and a master\u2019s degree in public administration from New York University.
