We partner with employers of all sizes, from small nonprofits to multinational corporations, to match their needs to the skills and abilities of our students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout the academic year, we invite employers for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/purposeful-work\/employer-info-session-schedule\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info sessions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, panels, workshops, interviews, and other related events. We collaborate regularly with our colleagues at Bowdoin and Colby, as well across <a href=\"https:\/\/nescac.com\/sports\/2020\/7\/15\/ABOUTNESCAC_0715201927.aspx?path=aboutnescac\">NESCAC<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/liberalartscareers.org\/colleges-and-universities\/consortium-member-schools\/\">LACN<\/a> schools, on joint recruitment activities and efforts to highlight what students from the top liberal arts schools in Maine and across New England and the country have to offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We require all students who participate in campus recruiting activities to abide by our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/purposeful-work\/?page_id=19204&amp;preview=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recruiting expectations, guidelines, and policies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
