Our process:<\/span><\/strong> The Bates Center for Purposeful Work surveyed the Class of 2023 at graduation and again in December 2023 to determine students\u2019 postgraduation plans. In addition to this survey, data was collected through email, social media, and person-to-person communication, resulting in a 90% response rate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
