The greenhouse sits on the roof of the Carnegie Science Building. The facility is used for course-related labs and student and faculty research in biology, environmental studies, and chemistry. A collection of succulents, temperate, tropical, and neo-tropical plants are maintained by student workers and the greenhouse coordinator, Mark Lessard<\/a>. The greenhouse is also used to start all the seedlings for the outdoor garden plot and Commons herb garden. Other activities can be arranged in the space by coordinating with Mark Lessard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
