As of this afternoon, over 23% of staff have taken the time to share their feedback and start the process of building a&nbsp;<strong>Better Bates Together.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Some important points to remember and share with colleagues:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The survey is open from\u00a0<strong>February 27th through March 29th<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All employees should be encouraged to participate in the survey during work hours and be paid for this time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The online survey can be accessed through various devices (computer, cell phone, tablet) as well as in multiple languages that can be selected in the drop-down menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For staff with limited access to computers, we will be reserving computer lab hours in Ladd Library beginning\u00a0next week.
