We are grateful for your honest input and clear commitment to a<strong>\u00a0Better<\/strong><strong>Bates Together!<\/strong>\u00a0We look forward\u00a0to continuing this journey with you as we wrap up the academic\u00a0year. Here are the overall stats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"884\" height=\"547\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/staff-engagement-well-being-survey\/files\/2024\/05\/image-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/staff-engagement-well-being-survey\/files\/2024\/05\/image-2.webp 884w, https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/staff-engagement-well-being-survey\/files\/2024\/05\/image-2-400x248.webp 400w, https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/staff-engagement-well-being-survey\/files\/2024\/05\/image-2-768x475.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 884px) 100vw, 884px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*Non-exempt and per diem staff were rolled in together as they are both paid on an hourly basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outlined below are the dates\/times that have been scheduled to share the results of the survey with our campus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On May 8th, Rankin Climate will review a summary of key findings with President Jenkins and some members of Human Resources\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May 20th through May 21st, Sue Rankin and Melody Bundy from Rankin Climate will visit campus to present the findings of the survey, answer questions about the data analysis, and review next steps:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monday, May 20th:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>11:30am to 1:00pm: Presentation to Employee Engagement Working Group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2:00-3:00pm: Presentation\u00a0to Senior Leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tuesday, May 21st:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10:00-11:00am:\u00a0Presentation to the Bates Community, Olin Concert Hall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1:30- 2:30pm: Presentation to the Bates Community, Olin Concert Hall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are also working on providing Zoom access to each community session&#8211; more details to follow in the coming weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you again for your continued support of this important engagement initiative.
