Welcome!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Student Center for Belonging and Community (SCBC) advises and supports the Bates College community through events and community building. The SCBC prioritizes programs and events for students that reflect underrepresented communities within higher education however, the center is a welcoming environment for all Bates students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SCBC hopes that students find the center to be a space where they can not only show up authentically and honestly, that they also use the space to learn from and with others from differing backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. The SCBC looks forward to supporting all Bates students in their undergraduate journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
