The Community Navigators aim to create a welcoming environment in the Student Center for Belonging and Community that supports the academic and personal development of BIPOC, first-generation to college and LGBTQ+ students. Community Navigators collaborative engage and work with all students who access the Center in building an inclusive campus community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hello! My name is Kasper Troicki, a German-Polish Wisconsin-Wyomingite student at Bates! Born in Philadelphia to a family of immigrants (Polish and German being my native languages), grew up in Wisconsin, and currently living in Wyoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will be majoring in DCS and Neuroscience, graduating in 2029. Outside of my studies, I enjoy computer programming, sewing, thinking of complex engineering solutions, and anything automotive. While in high school, I was a President of my school\u2019s Black Leadership Advisory Council (BLAC), where we created programs that addressed issues of equity, access, anti-racism, education, and helped foster a sense of belonging for students of color. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
