In the event that a student does not submit their electronic time sheet on Garnet Gateway at the end of the current pay period, they will need to fill out a Paper Timesheet.
The Student Employment Office Paper Timesheet is fillable online.
IMPORTANT: If students forget to submit their electronic time sheet three times, they are subject to termination of employment
Directions for Students:
1. Click on this link Paper Timesheet
2. Enter you name, ID number, Position number (you will see this on your garnet gateway employment page, and Job Title.
3. Fill in your hours. The total hours worked will be calculated for you.
4. Print the Paper Timesheet and present it to your supervisor for them to sign
5. Come to the Student Employment Office with your signed Paper Timesheet. Our Office is located in Human Resources at 215 College Street, Lewiston, ME. The Office is open from 9 a.m to 12 p.m and 1:00 p.m 4:00 p.m. If the Office is closed, please put your timesheets in the mail slot.
