Responsibilities
These students work on the campus grounds, grounds garage, and in all campus buildings. Recycling Collectors work around campus in the local Lewiston area. They must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs, and perform basic physical labor. Recycling Collectors also must be able to drive a standard transmission, use hand dollies, pallet trucks, and use other materials to handle equipment based on circumstances and abilities. Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Drive/Ride in a vehicle to all campus buildings, Pick up recycling containers and empty them, Sort recyclables, and Take recyclables to designated depository
Requirements
Recycling Collectors must have a valid driver’s license. Any knowledge of the college’s recycling program is a plus.
