Bonner Leaders are chosen to participate in the four-year program during the summer prior to their first year at Bates. Bonner Leaders commit to 4-6 hours each week in community engaged projects, and 2 hours each week in training and reflection.

Reporting


Bonner Leaders engage with Harward Center staff as well as other students, faculty, and community partners. They commit to support and promote all aspects of the Bonner Leader Program.

Working Conditions


Conditions vary, depending on the community site. Most positions require travel to the site.
