PE/ATH: Senior Student Equipment Manager (S9789C)
Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities
The Senior Student Equipment Manager will have more independent decision making than the Student Equipment Manager. The student will have full key access and will act as the equipment manager when David Haefele is not immediately available or when so stated for any prolonged period of time. This student must be responsible, motivated, and punctual, and be able to follow directions.
Student must have held the position at Student Equipment Manager for at least two years.
The Equipment Manager must be able to lift 80lbs at least five feet high
Pre-game Activities (football):
- Filing transporting, distributing water coolers, setting up water towers, preparing and transporting ice coolers. Additional transport of designated equipment needed for the game.
- Hydration maintenance (filling of water bottles and observation of water cooler levels)
- Repair football equipment as needed
- Break down, transportation and proper post-game use of water coolers, water towers and other equipment
