Security officers will respond, and supporting agencies (EMS, fire department, etc.) will be notified as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If it is not a medical emergency<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, a student employee must contact their supervisor to report the event verbally. The supervisor will complete an\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/environmental-health-safety\/files\/2023\/01\/InjuryIncident-Report-Form-1.25.23.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Injury\/Incident Report<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and email it to ehs@bates.edu and Benefits for processing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If medical treatment is needed, please contact <a href=\"mailto:ehs@bates.edu\">ehs@bates.edu<\/a> or Benefits for assistance.
