Hover Boards allow site managers to showcase text, images, or icons that reveal more details when hovered over, making content engaging without cluttering the page. Hover Boards are ideal for highlighting key facts or featured items and can be customized with layouts, colors, and effects to match a site\u2019s style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the Hover Boards Block<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>First, type \/hover boards and select the <strong>&#8220;Hover Boards&#8221;<\/strong> block.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"511\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bates.edu\/wordpress\/files\/2025\/09\/Screen-Recording-2025-09-24-at-9.22.53-PM-1.gif\" alt=\"alt=\" class=\"wp-image-3867\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Accessing Hover Boards Block<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, add text, an image, or or an icon to your Hover Board. In order to <strong>add\/remove<\/strong> columns, simply click on your hover board, then press the icon with the two boxes that appears in the top left corner. Finally, navigate to the <strong>plus sign<\/strong> in the bottom right corner to add a hover board. Repeat this process again to insert a third column.
