How do I send an email message to a First Year Seminar list for a particular year?

The naming convention of the First Year Seminar (FYS) course email lists is as follows:

    • Year – The calendar year of the FYS
    • Semester – (F for Fall or W for Winter).
    • FYS
    • Course Number
    • Section – The section letter of the course (A, B, C, etc)
    • Example:

Each FYS list will expire five semesters after the Fall semester in which it was created. Thus, a list created in Fall 2016 will expire at the end of Short Term 2018.
