Yes, the IT Help Desk has partnered with Action Computer Services to provide a convenient and hassle-free fee-based repair service. If your computer has sustained physical damage, such as a broken laptop keyboard, hard drive failure, or a cracked monitor, the IT Help Desk and Action Computer Services can help!
Contact Action Computer Services and explain to them the symptoms you are experiencing with your computer. They will next direct you to bring your computer to the IT Help Desk in Ladd Library where they will store your computer in a secure location for a representative from Action Computer Services to pick up.
Once Action Computer Services has picked up your computer and diagnosed the issue, they will contact you directly to provide you with some additional information regarding a repair or quote. Any fee or payment associated with a repair will be handled between you and Action Computer Services directly. The IT Help Desk is not responsible for any type of financial transaction associated with the repair of your computer.
Once your computer has been repaired or you decide not to initiate a fix, your computer will be returned to the IT Help Desk in Ladd Library for you to pick up.
