I am using my mobile device to authenticate with Duo Security, but I am not receiving a Push notification from the Duo Mobile App, what should I do.

The Duo Mobile App is capable of receiving a Push notification, or you can have a Passcode generated from within the Duo Mobile App.

Generating a Passcode using the Duo Mobile App –
Open your Duo Mobile App on your mobile device
– You will see an entry labeled – DUO-PROTECTED Bates College
– To the right of the Bates College entry, you will see an arrow pointing down. Tap on the arrow to reveal your one-time use passcode
– If the arrow is pointing up, tap on the refresh arrows to generate a new passcode
