Allan Berube, a social historian of minority movements and author of "The History of Gay Men and Women in World War Two," will deliver a lecture titled "Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Don't Look: Undressing the Military's Anti-Gay Policy" as part of the Creative Approach to Public Policy lecture series at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the Edmund S.
