In a single PDF, please provide the following: an ABSTRACT of the research to be presented. CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION: Describe the conference you plan to attend. Explain why you hope to attend, how you will benefit from the meeting, and what research you will be presenting. Explain how your attendance relates to the rest of your academic and research program. BUDGET: Provide a DETAILED description of expenses associated with your trip. Provide actual prices or quotes whenever possible. Allowable expenses include: abstract fees, registration, airfare or ground travel, accommodations, meals, and other travel expenses. Do not exceed two page double-spaced for your description and budget.

This can be sent to Alison Keegan, email@example.com OR uploaded with your materials above. Please indicate below how we will receive the endorsement.
To the faculty advisor: By submitting a letter of support, you agree to accompany the student to the conference described in the proposal and understand that your faculty travel expenses are NOT covered by this grant. You have reviewed the proposal and have found that the budget accurately reflects the expenses associated with the meeting.

One paragraph (no more than 150 words!) abstract of the research to be presented.
Narrative description of the conference to be attended (no more than 2 pages double spaced).
Totaled detailed budget.
