Professor Áslaug Ásgeirsdóttir, is currently serving as Associate Dean of the Faculty, where she serves the divisions of Social Sciences, and Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Her research focuses on ocean governance, including fisheries resources and the settling of maritime boundaries. She is the author of Who Gets What? Domestic Influences on International Negotiations Allocating Shared Resources, published by SUNY Press in 2008, in addition to more recent book chapters and articles published in the Journal of Conflict Resolution, Review of International Organizations, and Marine Policy.
