Access Control Office
The Access Control Office is located in the Campus Safety Building, 245 College Street.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00 pm. Sunday hours may be offered at the beginning and end of the school year.
Faculty and Staff may request keys and additional access with this form.

Key Pick Up
Key pick up is at the Merrill Gymnasium
Winter Semester, 2021
Keys for Winter Semester will be available in the Merrill Gymnasium on Friday, January 8th.
Keys will be available at your scheduled check in time. All students will need to check in at Merrill after they have had their COVID-19 test to have their card access activated.
Only the student of record may pick up a room key. Keys are not given to friends, roommates or family members. If you arrive outside of office hours, you may call Campus Safety (207)786-6254 to request lockout assistance.
If you are not returning to College housing for winter 2021, all College keys are due at the Access Control Office by November 25th at 5pm.
You are responsible for returning your keys at the end of your school year. Do not leave keys in your room. Do not expect someone else to return the keys for you or give the keys to someone for their use.
If you forgot to return your keys before you left campus, please contact the Access Control Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. The keys may be mailed to: Access Control Office, 245 College Street, Lewiston, ME 04240. Please use a padded envelope so the keys do not tear through the envelope while in the mail system. Keys must arrive at the office by November 30th for credit.
Lock changes will be done during the month of December. Dorm room keys received after November 30th will not be eligible for a refund.
Access to your residence will end on November 25th at 7pm.
