Access Control Office
The Access Control Office is located in the Security Building, 245 College Street.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30 pm. Sunday hours may be offered at the beginning and end of the school year.
Faculty and Staff may request keys and additional access with this form.

Key Pick Up
Key pick up is at the Access Control Office, 245 College Street.
Fall Semester 2019
Keys for Fall Semester will be Available in the Access Control Office on the following dates:
Sunday, September 1st, 8am to 5pm
Monday, September 2nd, 8am to 5pm
Tuesday, September 3rd, 8am to 4pm
The first board plan meal is Monday, September 2nd, evening meal.
Only the student of record may pick up a room key. Keys are not given to friends, roommates or family members. If you arrive outside of office hours, you may call Security (207)786-6254 to request lockout assistance.
All College keys signed out in your name are due Sunday, May 26th at 5pm. Keys returned outside of office hours may be left with the Communications Officer at Security. Keys returned after April 14th are subject to a $25 late return fee. Keys not returned or returned after the locks have been changed are subject to a $100 rekeying fee.
You are responsible for returning your keys at the end of your school year. Do not leave keys in your room. Do not expect someone else to return the keys for you or give the keys to someone for their use.
If you forgot to return your keys before you left campus, please contact the Access Control Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. The keys may be mailed to: Access Control Office, 245 College Street, Lewiston, ME 04240. Please use a padded envelope so the keys do not tear through the envelope while in the mail system.
Access for student not graduating will end Saturday, May 25th at 5pm. Access for graduating students will end Sunday, May 26th at 5pm. Exception requests must be made to the Housing Office in Chase Hall by May 23rd.
