And that steel pan music in the video? Performed the Atlantic Clarion Steel Band, it’s been a staple of Bates Commencement recessionals since 2014, and was also part of the recessionals of the inaugurations of presidents Elaine Hansen, in 2002, and Clayton Spencer, in 2012.
