This exercise is part of a course called “Musical Acoustics,” taught by Professor of Physics John Smedley. The Summer Scholars program, an annual accelerated introduction to the sciences and math, builds a community of science scholars from among a diverse group of 10 incoming first-years, including first-generation college students and students from groups traditionally underrepresented in the sciences.
