Welcome to the first edition of BatesNews for 2022–23, and a special welcome to parents, students, and families of the incoming Class of 2026, who are receiving BatesNews for the first time and who arrive on campus Wednesday, Aug. 31.

Produced by Bates Communications, BatesNews shares college stories and news with Bates alumni, parents, friends, and the campus community.

When it is

BatesNews is emailed every Friday except during college breaks and the month of July.
