NOTICE: We will be closing at noon on Friday, June 11, 2021 for staff appreciation.
Our summer hours for walk in customers are Monday-Friday 10:00a-2:00p.
We are available by phone, email or appointment Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p 

*STUDENTS: Please update your forwarding address on the Garnet Gateway. First class mail will be forwarded. Please call or email for package forwarding. If you do not provide a forwarding address, letter mail will be returned to sender.

Bates requires facial coverings in all shared spaces on campus, including congested outdoor pathways, and in private workspaces when multiple people are present.

Mail Route

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, deliveries and pick ups to and from campus buildings


Post & Print provides packing materials and shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL. All shipping services and products are available during our open hours or by special arrangement. Please email or call us if you need assistance outside of our service hours.
