Jason Ryan has held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in creating, building  and scaling businesses from early stage to commercial launch and sustained growth.

Jason has served in board leadership roles at GeneDx, Singular Genomics, SomaLogic, and ArcherDx.

He has focused on molecular diagnostics, data insights and precision medicine, with experience in business transformation, strategy, capital markets and commercialization. He has held executive operating roles at Foundation Medicine, Magenta Therapeutics and several other life science companies. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche.

Jason majored in economics at Bates and earned an M.B.A. from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He has served as a lead Bates Fund class agent, Alumni In Admission volunteer, and chair of his 25th and 30th Reunion Gift Committees, and in 2021 received a Bates’ Best Award for volunteer service. 

He volunteers for and supports Youth Villages, a national organization providing help for youth who face emotional, mental and behavioral problems. He is married to Jennifer Ryan, and the couple lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with their two children.
