Communicating about science to other scientists is important, but it’s also important (arguably, more so) to communicate about science to non-scientists. Traditional teaching achieves this in a structured way, but I also love to talk with school groups, Audubon chapters, policy makers, and the general public.

Here’s a podcast of me talking about How Darwin’s Mind Worked, at the Dorothy Schwartz Forum on Art, Science, and the Humanities organized by the Maine Humanities Council.
