The Lowell Sun reports that Bobcat softball standout Leah Maciejewski ’12 is heading to Europe with a team of Division II and III softball players for games in Holland, Belgium and France. She was selected by USA Athletes International. “Maciejewski made an immediate impact at Bates, batting .370 (second on team), collecting 13 RBI, and posting a .469 slugging percentage (third on team),” the story notes.
