Los Angeles Summer Welcome Reception

show map We invite incoming and current Bates families and their students from the Los Angeles area to join us to meet and make connections. Get to know your fellow Bobcats, hear from current Bates families, and expand your Bates network.
This event is hosted by a Class of 2029 family.

What to expect:
- This is an informal meet-and-greet for both family members and incoming Bates students. Light refreshments will be provided. Dress code is casual.
- If family members cannot attend, students are still encouraged to register and attend so they can connect with their fellow Bobcats. If a student cannot attend, their parents and support networks are welcome to attend and meet other Bates families.
- While college staff will be present to help greet incoming families, this casual networking gathering will not include a formal presentation or information session.
- Please register by July 28.
