If you plan to propose a First-Year Seminar, you must do so through the Course Proposal system on Garnet Gateway and fill out a proposal form outlining your plans for teaching writing in this course.  You might find it helpful to look over a hard copy of the writing-designation proposal questions beforehand: W1 Proposal Form
