The Teaching Planning tool is a way for faculty to view data about their departments and / or programs. The tool provides a variety of data and visualizations for faculty that will help them engage questions about workload within their academic unit including:

• Is workload (enrollment, advisees, thesis advising, etc.) distributed equitably among the faculty in your academic unit?
• Are faculty teaching schedules equitable?
• How is your academic unit contributing to the shared curriculum of the college?

The Teaching Planning Tool (you must be on-campus or using VPN to connect) is now available online. It is in a draft form, so if you have questions and / or comments, please send them to Matt Duvall.
