Parents and Families

A panel of students, alumni, faculty, and staff will offer perspectives on what it means to be a first-generation-to-college student at Bates.

We will host breakout sessions to help build connections among our first-gen families, facilitate conversation between families and panelists, and hear about what future programming would be of interest.

This virtual event is for parents, guardians, and family members supporting a first-gen student at Bates.

Offered in partnership with OIE/Bobcat First! Registration will open mid-March.
