Summer Family Campus Update
| Dear Bates Families, As we head into the final days of May, campus is in full transition. Short Term is wrapping up, summer plans are taking shape, and we’re preparing to celebrate the Class of 2025 as Commencement Weekend approaches. Move-Out Information Short Term ends: Wednesday, May 21 Move-out for Short Term students: Thursday, May 22 by 5 p.m. Move-out for seniors: Sunday, May 25 by 5 p.m. More info on move-out procedures → Action Required: Health Insurance Deadline – May 21 All returning students are required to either enroll in or waive the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) by Wednesday, May 21. This form needs to be completed by students directly using their Bates login credentials. Departments such as Campus Safety, Residence Life and Housing, IT Help, and more remain available throughout the summer, whether your student is on campus or away. Want to Get Involved?
