Hello, Bates Families –

There are a number of Bates events coming up that we hope will be of interest:

• Families are invited to register for a multidisciplinary panel of Bates faculty on Wednesday, March 9 for a discussion of the military, political, and humanitarian conflicts surrounding the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.

• We want to see you in person! The college is hosting events in Boston (March 30), New York (April 13), and Washington DC (April 21). These are great opportunities to meet other Bates families (and alumni) and to broaden your Bobcat network.

• Bates will continue to add more regional events throughout the year. Can’t wait? Interested in hosting an event for Bates families in your area? Let us know by emailing us at parents@bates.edu – we’d love to put something together!

No mention of events would be complete without a reminder that Back to Bates is scheduled for Oct, 1, 2022. Please save the date, and look for a schedule of weekend activities soon!
