To establish first-time parent access in the payment portal, your student must log into the portal using their Bates credentials and add you as an authorized user. You’ll then receive an email instructing you to continue setting up your own credentials in the portal. To help guide you and your student through this process and others, SFS has developed a series of short video tutorials covering key tasks in the payment portal, including signing in, viewing account information, authorizing users, making payments, and setting up payment plans.
