• The faculty engagement for the December 2 faculty meeting
• Timing, planning, and meetings in Winter 2020 semester

Decisions:

• The committee will work on drafting a new article for reappointment, tenure, and promotion. This article will include a preamble.

Actions:

• The Dean of the Faculty and staff will propose a new organization of the faculty handbook.
• The TPRC will draft criteria and preamble language in the preamble document.
• The TPRC staff will put a draft calendar (in tabular form) in the shared drive.
