Hardware Service

  1. Contact the IT Service Desk x8222 first for basic diagnostic help. Although the IT Service Desk does not service any equipment, they can suggest methods for determining if service is required and then direct you to the best resource available.
  2. Call vendors directly for service, especially if your computer is under warranty:

Apple: 1-800-SOS-APPL
