Well-being extends beyond physical health. We recognize that life includes caregiving responsibilities, workplace challenges, financial pressures, and seasons of uncertainty. B Well exists to support the whole person—not just the employee.

Care for the Caregiver

A welcoming monthly gathering for anyone caring for an aging parent, child, partner, or loved one. Participants connect, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for navigating the challenges of caregiving.

Resilience Programs

Develop skills that strengthen your ability to navigate change through programs such as:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Leadership development
  • Weekly guided meditation

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Support local farms while bringing fresh, seasonal produce home through Bates’ community-supported agriculture partnerships.

Signature Events

Throughout the year, B Well brings the community together through events designed to celebrate movement, connection, and fun—including the annual B Well 5K and Employee Enrichment Week.
