Looking for quick, equipment-free workouts or guided strength sessions? Explore a growing library of follow-along videos created by B Well’s in-house strength coach, featuring workouts you can do at home, in the office, or while traveling.
If you’re unable to join live sessions at the regularly scheduled times, try out a recorded version. Classes are generally bodyweight-based, though some classes do use one dumbbell (sub with kettlebell or any form of resistance you have).
