How does this affect me if I have Wellfleet?

If you are accessing medical care for an injury or accident, you will need to complete the Wellfleet “Accident Form” in order for your claims to be processed. In order to do this, log into your Wellfleet account by selecting the Student Health Insurance Portal in the Garnet Gateway.

Once you log into Wellfleet, locate the tab across the top that says “Claims.” Click on this tab, and locate the “Accident Form.” Select this “Accident Form.” This will bring you to another page where you will have to enter information about your recent services. Wellfleet will need this form in order to process your claims.

As stated above, all claims will need to be processed by primary insurance companies before being processed by BMI.
