| Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities Bates Reunion Weekend is a signature campus event. Over 1,000 alumni and friends from 14 reunion classes return to campus to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate their Bates experience. Reunion Weekend takes place June 5-8. In addition to the regular BatesStar responsibilities, the Assistant Coordinator supports Advancement Reunion staff in preparing for Reunion and has leadership responsibilities. Travel Requirements: Walk across campus upon request
Machines and Equipment Used: Golf carts, cell phones
REQUIRED: Driver’s license preferred
EDUCATION: Bates student
EXPERIENCE: Administrative Work, organizational skills, and strong leadership. Preference will be given to applicants with previous Bates Reunion experience.
TIMEFRAME: Available starting as soon as winter semester to assist with hiring (picking up more hours through Short Term and continuing through Reunion Weekend in June).

COORDINATES/WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Advancement Staff, BatesStars, Alumni
