• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Bates College branding standards and Bates Bobcats Athletics Brand Identity Guide. Act as a Brand Ambassador for Bates Athletics.
• Assist in creating advertisements and promotions for print and social media for athletic contests and events
• Complete design projects as needed
• Attend meetings as established
• Other duties as assigned

• Advanced graphic design skills: must submit and present a working design portfolio during the interview process • Effective leadership skills; must possess the ability to work independently on projects • Deadline-oriented • Highly organized • Strong attention to detail • Able to manage multiple long and short-term projects

Works with and reports to Scott Lehmann, Assistant Athletic Director, and Paige Cook, Coordinator of Marketing and Promotions for Athletics
