| The Harward Center Student Project Coordinator will be largely responsible for managing several projects at one time and therefore must have the ability to multi-task and work independently without ongoing supervision. He or she must also be a self-starter.
Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: • The Student Coordinator will work with Harward Center staff on various projects related to community-engaged learning and/or research. • The Student Coordinator will manage the ongoing archival process for the Center. • The Student Coordinator will work with Center staff on event management and outreach. • The Student Coordinator will assist staff with the ongoing inventory and documentation of the Center’s work. • The Student Coordinator will assist staff as needed with course placements for community-engaged projects. |

Machines & equipment used: PC, scanner, photocopier, fax machine.
Required Education: Bates student.
Experience: Previous work in the L-A community preferred, but not required.
Reports to: Associate Director, Center Operation, Harward Center for Community Partnerships.
Coordinates/works closely with: All programs and staff within the Harward Center for Community Partnerships as well as community, staff, and faculty partners.
