BAC: Winter Arts Festival Organizers (S99898)

Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

The Bates Arts Collaborative Committee is looking for four students
who will coordinate and execute a student-led Winter Arts Festival.
Students applying should have experience in one or more of the
following areas in arts event management: curatorial,
communications, overseeing financial and managerial functions,
working with selected members of BAC, and/or stage managing.

Duties include: pre-planning, curating the program of events,
collaborating with a student-team, the Winter Arts Festival set-up and
strike/cleanup, and other duties as assigned.

These positions will involve some planning and student
organizational outreach in the fall semester starting November 4th
(up to 5 hours per week) with the bulk of the work in the first four
weeks of the winter semester (up to 10 hours per week) and the week
of the event (up to 15 hours).
