- Provides support to the College and all of its managers in processing all payroll matters of their staff, departments and functions
- Facilitates the entire payroll process
- Provides information to managers in regards to general personnel policies, procedures and practices
- Develops and maintains strong internal controls, ensures tax compliance and prepares all quarterly and annual federal and state regulatory reports

- Provides direct support for the full Payroll Process of bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs
- Provides direect support for employees and retirees in matters relating to TIAA-Cref contributions and questions
- Maintains files on employee charitable contributions and is the liaison between the College and various state agencies
- Researches questions from employees regarding their paychecks
