LAMP Fellows

ARC’s Leadership and Academic Mentorship Program (LAMP) Fellows work throughout campus supporting their peers in their efforts to be successful students. LAMP Fellows begin as either first year students or sophomores, both working as Resource Representatives at the front desk of ARC and participating in trainings covering learning strategies, student wellness, and group leadership. After one year of this work and training, they go on to other positions on campus. Many continue to work within ARC as Peer Tutors for Learning Strategies; many also go on to other positions in other programs where they can support their fellow students, such as Residential Life and Office of Intercultural Education.
