Opening Day: Monday, August 27th

We look forward to welcoming new students and their families as able to join us for move-in and the kick-off to Orientation. This day is designed to be fairly informal and give students and their families a lot of time together to settle in and ensure they’re feeling comfortable as they head into the rest of Orientation. The times below primarily indicate ranges that should feel flexible as your travel schedule allows. We hope you’ll make the most of your day on campus and know that the day can take a lot of variety and want to allow for lots of possibility. More detailed information about Opening Day will be sent out at the end of August. Please reach out with any questions to firstyearstudents@bates.edu.
