Though access work feeds throughout all of our interactions with students, families, faculty, counselors, and staff, we aim to provide intentional and equitable programming designed to invite students from historically underrepresented and/or underserved backgrounds to campus and/or the Bates community more widely, helping students get a feel for our offerings on and off of campus. The Access Coordinator position is an integral part of assisting Admissions staff members in charge of planning and carrying out this access-related programming throughout the year.

This position requires a conduct review check and applying for this position is consenting to the background check. This may not adversely affect your application. Please reach out if you have any questions.
