Summary, Scope, and Responsibilities

The Office Assistant will make posters and signs, type memos, perform data entry, fax, assist with social media posts for the department and do odd jobs. He or she will also be asked to do paperwork. Occasionally, he or she will be asked to perform other tasks related to special events.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Responsibilities


Required Experience: The Office Assistant must have computing skills and specifically be familiar with PC, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher. Desired Experience: Previous Office Work


Reports to: Darlene Zupancic Coordinates/Works closely with: Dining Staff


Environment: Office Machines & Equipment Used: PC, laminator, paper cutter and photocopier.
